This is our opportunity to scope out the work, but equally important is to dive into the business model and the key value drivers. Conducted on a 60 minute video call

Proposal completed, with agreed timelines, milestones, and costs. Aligned to the 3 key service offerings: i. Strategic Planning & Budgeting, ii. Business Performance Analysis, iii. Financial & Business Projects
